This photo series is a result of my numerous trips to Japan from 2008 to 2013. It was the love at first sight which grew with each new stay in the country. So my project is just a declaration of this love.

The project is based on the combination of my photographs taken during several trips to Japan (mostly portraits of ordinary Japanese people) and the image of the Japanese flag.
